It is part of a small condominium in a quiet cul-de-sac (no through road) just 1 min drive from Areal beach and beach bar, 3 mins drive from Areia Branca beach with its many restaurants including Indian, Italian, Steak, seafood and 5 mins drive from supermarkets & Lourinhã town centre which has all the facilities including post office, banks, health-centre etc.

Entering the property, there is a spacious hall with small bathroom on the left, kitchen on the right and living dining straight ahead. The large living/dining area with patio doors leading out to the gardens and terraces – perfect for  enjoying alfresco meals and watching the sunsets.   The fully-equipped modern kitchen, has everything you could need including washing machine, dishwasher and a breakfast island.
