We will request a security deposit to cover any damage or Loss. You will receive a request to pay this via Paypal and it will be returned in full via Paypal within 28 days of your departure, providing there is no damage or loss.

Portugal have implemented Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement. We are now required by law to collect and submit to SEF (Servico de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras) identification details (Passport or ID cards) of all guests in paid accommodation.

Alternative Dispute Resolution
