Heights 2 : A stunning home in this private condominium with panoramic ocean views and private Pool. Built and fitted to a very high standard, the villa enjoys an envious location ... a short walk from the beach and close to the town of Lourinhã with all its amenities - this is an ideal Portugal Silver Coast holiday rental home for a relaxing or activity filled holiday.
The villa is designed to have the living room & kitchen on the top level to take advantage of the stunning sea views. The large picture windows flood the house with light at all levels and the open plan living, dining & kitchen are no exception. The kitchen is a fully equipped modern designer kitchen from where large picture windows open to a terrace and the ocean view beyond.
On the mid level, there are three beautifully decorated bedrooms with their own marble bathrooms and fitted cupboards.This level opens to the pool & terrace.
On the ground floor there is a fourth double bedroom with large ensuite bathroom and storage area.
There is Free Wifi, Smart TV, Personal heated pool and Air conditioning.

5/5 Superbly relaxing 5 days at a luxury holiday villa | Date of Arrival - Aug, 2023
We spent a superbly relaxing 5 days at this luxury holiday villa by the silver coast and it just what we needed after a 7 day long adventurous but tiring road trip from UK. Being able to chat, play board games, cook, watch TV with the children, while enjoying each other's company and watching the magical sunsets while enjoying drinks on the balcony, in the large open plan living space, was so relaxing. The pool is a great size; the children enjoyed most of their day in the pool and were thrilled that they had direct access to the pool from their rooms - a fantastic feature not many holiday homes offer. Portugal's famous Silver Coast Beach and a great variety of restaurants are only a short walk away. Lisbon was an easy drive and seeing flamingos in the Tagus River Estuary in Lisbon was an unexpected treat - apparently thousands can be seen in winter, with some are resident all year. Everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay was provided and special thanks to Eunice from Obrana who was always at hand to help with everything from getting the booking done to sending us detailed information on the property and the area.

The house was great! Even nicer than on the website. Really spacious, lovely decorated and immaculately clean (bravo for the cleaning crew!) Some nice beaches in the area, not too crowdy, just the way we like it.
We visited Lisbon, Sintra and Peniche, would recommend all 3.

We rented a villa at the Obrana development in Peralta Beach for 3 weeks in July. It was amazing! The villa was large and comfortable, with lots of closets, huge outdoor balconies, and the most beautiful views of the sea. The nightly sunsets became a magical ritual for our children. The location of the villa was perfect, an easy drive from the center of Lourinhã and close to the amazing beach of Areia Branca. The on-site restaurant West 23 served delicious Argentine-influenced meals overlooking a stunning infinity pool. But what set this trip apart from all the others was the care and kindness of the staff at Obrana. They went out of their way to make our trip unforgettable on a daily basis. We felt so fortunate to have this experience and are already making plans to return next summer.

We had a lovely time at your place. Eunice were very helpfull with everything.
The house was fantastic, we only missed a vacuumcleaner.
The beach and sea were beautifull, not too crowded, clean and a nice little restaurant.
In the neighbourhood there were enough very good restaurants and not expensive, also the supermarkets.
We had fun karting and surfing.
The weather could have been a bit better, but was not very bad. Everywhere in europe people had strange weather then used to.
We never go back to the same accommodation, but this was so good, we probably will!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Lourihna et au Portugal en général, nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.
La maison de location est très très bien, spacieuse, propre, confortable, fonctionnelle, de grand standing et située dans un environnement calme et facile d’accès. Peut-être manque t'il juste un peu de matériel en cuisine (essoreuse à salade, une poêle supplémentaire, des plats de service)
Votre accueil, votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité sont irréprochables.
Je ne manquerai pas de recommander vos locations auprès de mes amis.

Wir haben die Annehmlichkeiten des luxuriösen Hauses sehr genossen und den unbezahlenbahren Blick. Die Lage ist perfekt und der nahe gelegene Strand und wie man ihn sich nicht schöner vorstellen kann.

Stunning, Stunning Stunning ! Date July 2018
Your villa was stunning, I can’t wait to see the whole development when it’s complete it will be the envy of the whole area I am sure.
What stunning views, beautifully furnished, just to our tastes. If we could have put the villa and pool in our suitcase and brought it home we would have! Cute local village a real locals feel to it, and only a few miles to the main town with all the usual conveniences. Great local restaurants. You were really helpful with your guidance and help with our queries. Nothing was too much trouble.
We could tell you were still applying finishes touches to these stunning properties. So if I had to be really picky and say what extras I would include it would be; TV’s in the bedrooms, as can be nice late evening. Also a radio and DVD player would have been nice touches. Finally our 2nd lounge wasn’t yet furnished, but it didn’t matter to us as we didn’t really end up using the 3rd/bottom floor, but I think visitors like to know what to expect.
So overall, amazing experience and would be very happy to return. Everyone who has seen our photos can’t believe how beautiful it was.
