This is a spacious, well equipped villa with excellent sea views, nice heated pool, 4 large bedrooms, each with good size en-suite bathrooms.There is even a garage and a lift.Restaurant/bar 25 metres away.

I cannot say enough about my stay at the Peralta Beach community in Lourinha, Portugal during the Christmas holiday. The villa was exquisite, had everything we could ask for, and very, very comfortable. The views of the Atlantic Ocean, Peniche, and the islands from the villa balcony and rooms were breathtaking. The local community has fantastic restaurants, shops, and history. Lourinha in centrally located along the Silver Coast and easy access to highways and historically rich towns, cities, and villages. Only 50 minutes from Lisbon, and easy drives to Coimbra, Peniche, Sintra, Obidos, Cascais, Sesimbra, and many more. I highly recommend this community, you will not be disappointed.
