We chose this apartment because it looked beautiful and well priced but the reason we extended was the support from the managing agents. They were proactive, kind, and always made sure everything ran smoothly. The resort itself is quiet and calming, ideal for focus and reflection. After 15 months here, we can confidently say it’s been one of the best long-term stays I’ve had anywhere.

As a solo traveler, settling into a new country can be overwhelming — but staying at this apartment made the transition effortless. Not only is it beautifully furnished and fully equiped, the managing agents were outstanding from day one: attentive, welcoming, and always just a message away. We spent two wonderful weeks in this amazing apartment. The location is great and the view spectacular. The beach (Praia da Peralta) is very close and the sunset is different every day. The apartment itself has a great layout and has all the amenities that make it almost impossible not to enjoy your stay. The entire system (Heights III) and the neighboring system (Height II) have a modern design and are beautifully embedded in the environment. We can also unreservedly recommend a visit to the facility's clubhouse. The service is very friendly and professional and the food is excellent. 

We would especially like to thank Ana. She always (even during the preparation of our stay) had an open ear for our questions and always responded to our concerns quickly and easily on site.

Wir haben die Annehmlichkeiten des luxuriösen Hauses sehr genossen und den unbezahlenbahren Blick. Die Lage ist perfekt und der nahe gelegene Strand und wie man ihn sich nicht schöner vorstellen kann.
Auch der Service sei es Reparaturen oder Auskünfte was immer schnell undfreundlich! Wir kommen wieder!!

We like the apartment very much. We felt comfortable right away. The architect did a good job. It's nice and light-flooded rooms. The house is optimally equipped. A high-performance WLAN is also available. A dryer and a sunshade would be useful additions. From our point of view it is in a very good and well-kept condition. The object is beautifully situated offside and it is accordingly quiet. The whole complex is still under construction. The construction noise was only a bit louder on 2 days and did not bother us much. It was more cloudy and colder in the region than we expected. Several locals have confirmed to us that you have to expect a bit of misty weather in the morning. In the course of the day it usually clears up. The handling through Eunice is friendly and absolutely professional.
