I cannot say enough about my stay at the Peralta Beach community in Lourinha, Portugal during the Christmas holiday. The villa was exquisite, had everything we could ask for, and very, very comfortable. The views of the Atlantic Ocean, Peniche, and the islands from the villa balcony and rooms were breathtaking. The local community has fantastic restaurants, shops, and history. Lourinha in centrally located along the Silver Coast and easy access to highways and historically rich towns, cities, and villages. Only 50 minutes from Lisbon, and easy drives to Coimbra, Peniche, Sintra, Obidos, Cascais, Sesimbra, and many more. I highly recommend this community, you will not be disappointed.

We considered our stay with you to be very pleasant and the house was fully equipped. Thanks for that. We really enjoyed Portugal. 

We had a rental of H3-16D appartment from 24 March until 7 April 2025. This was already our 4th stay in one of the really exceptional Homes of Obrana at Peralta beach. As all times before we really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay (except the weather could have been a bit more friendly this time). The appartment is really completely equipped with all you need and everything is at highest standard. The sea view especially at sundown is great. Peralta Beach is just a few hundred meters to go and all things you need for daily live (breakfast, food, or others) you find in Lourinha wich is just 2 km away. Since 2 years there is the new restaurant which serves excellent food and drinks and everything comes with a friendly and professional service team. Noteworthy is also the service Team of Obrana which responds to all questions immediatley and helps if you need anything or miss anything in the appartment. If we come back to Silver Coast next time we of course will try to stay again on this marvelous place .

We like the apartment very much. We felt comfortable right away. The architect did a good job. It's nice and light-flooded rooms. The house is optimally equipped. A high-performance WLAN is also available. A dryer and a sunshade would be useful additions. From our point of view it is in a very good and well-kept condition. The object is beautifully situated offside and it is accordingly quiet. The whole complex is still under construction. The construction noise was only a bit louder on 2 days and did not bother us much. It was more cloudy and colder in the region than we expected. Several locals have confirmed to us that you have to expect a bit of misty weather in the morning. In the course of the day it usually clears up. The handling through Eunice is friendly and absolutely professional.

Our stay at this contemporary villa in Heights 3 was perfect. The villa was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Being so close to Lourinhã (just a 3-minute drive) made exploring the town easy and enjoyable. The beach proximity and the top-rated clubhouse restaurant on-site were the cherries on top together with the heated pool. Highly recommend!
