We like the apartment very much. We felt comfortable right away. The architect did a good job. It's nice and light-flooded rooms. The house is optimally equipped. A high-performance WLAN is also available. A dryer and a sunshade would be useful additions. From our point of view it is in a very good and well-kept condition. The object is beautifully situated offside and it is accordingly quiet. The whole complex is still under construction. The construction noise was only a bit louder on 2 days and did not bother us much. It was more cloudy and colder in the region than we expected. Several locals have confirmed to us that you have to expect a bit of misty weather in the morning. In the course of the day it usually clears up. The handling through Eunice is friendly and absolutely professional.

We loved the apartment, is magnificent, with extraordinary levels of comfort. I highly recommended it, we had a wonderful time. The location and surrounding areas are very good too. Thanks

Your villa was stunning, I can’t wait to see the whole development when it’s complete it will be the envy of the whole area I am sure. 

What stunning views, beautifully furnished, just to our tastes.  If we could have put the villa and pool in our suitcase and brought it home we would have!    Cute local village a real locals feel to it, and only a few miles to the main town with all the usual conveniences.  Great local restaurants.  You were really helpful with your guidance and help with our queries.  Nothing was too much trouble.

We could tell you were still applying finishes touches to these stunning properties.  So if I had to be really picky and say what extras I would include it would be; TV’s in the bedrooms, as can be nice late evening. Also a radio and DVD player would have been nice touches.  Finally our 2nd lounge wasn’t yet furnished, but it didn’t matter to us as we didn’t really end up using the 3rd/bottom floor, but I think visitors like to know what to expect.

So overall, amazing experience and would be very happy to return.  Everyone who has seen our photos can’t believe how beautiful it was. 

We rented a villa at the Obrana development in Peralta Beach for 3 weeks in July. It was amazing! The villa was large and comfortable, with lots of closets, huge outdoor balconies, and the most beautiful views of the sea. The nightly sunsets became a magical ritual for our children. The location of the villa was perfect, an easy drive from the center of Lourinhã and close to the amazing beach of Areia Branca. The on-site restaurant West 23 served delicious Argentine-influenced meals overlooking a stunning infinity pool. But what set this trip apart from all the others was the care and kindness of the staff at Obrana. They went out of their way to make our trip unforgettable on a daily basis. We felt so fortunate to have this experience and are already making plans to return next summer
